Terrorism Trial For Grimsby, UK Man

From 'This is Grimsby': A Grimsby man accused of hoarding bomb-making materials has been committed for trial at the Old Bailey on terrorist charges. A spokeswoman for City of Westminster Magistrates' Court said Nathan Worrell (34), of Cromwell Road would appear at the Old Bailey on April 25th. Police allegedly found bomb-making manuals, weedkiller and dismantled fireworks at his home. Unemployed Worrell is also accused of possessing a collection of far-right wing political literature and propaganda. He faces a third non-terrorist charge of waging a racist campaign of harassment against an Asian man and his partner. Worrell was arrested on January 24th after officers raided his ground-floor flat. He was questioned for several days before being charged with two offences under the Terrorism Act. He is accused of possessing material for terrorist purposes and information useful for an act of terrorism.
